Unpacked is membership-free!   We believe everyone deserves access to quality foods, so we do not require a costly membership to make a purchase.  That said, we always encourage our shoppers to make a free account (it only requires an email and password), so that you can easily view past purchases and receipts.

You can easily view your cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon, located in the upper right corner of any page.  Once on the cart page, you can add or remove quantities of any items before checking out.

You can filter by "Diet Type" or "Ingredients & Values" from any search result page or collection of products.  

On Desktop:  the filtering options are available on the left side of the collection page.  Simply select or deselect any number of options to only see products that meet the selected criteria.   Selecting multiple preferences will show results that meet ALL criteria.  For example:  selecting "Vegan" and "Keto" will show products that are both Vegan and Keto-Friendly.

On Mobile:  the filtering options are available at the top of the collection page under "Refine By".   Click on Refine By to see the filtering options available.  Then simply select or deselect any number of options to only see products that meet the selected criteria. Selecting multiple preferences will show results that meet ALL criteria. For example: selecting "Vegan" and "Keto" will show products that are both Vegan and Keto-Friendly.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3-5 days depending on your location.

We can ship your bulk foods order anywhere in the continental United States (Lower 48).  Due to requiring Air Freight, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time.

 In our effort to keep prices low, we do not offer a way to expedite or rush orders, at this time.

All orders over $75.00 (before applicable tax) automatically qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders less than $75.00, will be charged a flat rate fee of $7.99 for shipping/handling.

We pride ourselves on quality and ensure all food and beverages sold are properly maintained and stored following the highest safety standards.  Unfortunately, this means that once the order has processed and left our facility, we cannot accept returns of any kind.  All sales are final.

In the event you no longer wish to keep the products after delivery, we recommend donating to a local Food Bank in your area.  Click here to locate a food bank near you.
